Learning Journeys are the learning experiences we undertake — journeys that allow us to deeply explore a country by immersing ourselves in its culture and entrepreneurial ecosystem.

On March 12th, Doka embarked on its first Learning Journey in Berlin. There, we not only discovered its traditions and history, but also had the opportunity to experience a vibrant culture that blends tradition with modernity. We learned to view business from a different perspective, inspired by how Germans foster innovation, productivity, and sustainability in all aspects of their lives.

What makes these experiences unique is that they are not based on traditional classes, but on hands-on learning through real projects that we lead ourselves.

With our first Learning Journey now complete, the main lesson we bring back from Berlin is the importance of teamwork and supporting one another. Stepping out of our comfort zone for such a long time is not easy, but together we’ve helped and lifted each other.

Now, it’s time to keep working as we prepare for the next Learning Journey: New York.
