Ekinnova

Ekinnova is a commercial revitalization program that transforms vacant retail spaces into opportunities for entrepreneurs, property owners, and municipalities. We act as intermediaries: we negotiate reduced rents with owners, select entrepreneurial projects, and support their development over the course of one year through networking events, marketing, and personalized guidance. We also help manage business transfers due to retirement, ensuring the continuity of projects and the best use of available spaces.

The program not only generates economic value, but also energizes local communities, attracts active tourism, and promotes Basque gastronomy, turning each project into a driver of local growth. Supported by the Basque Government, Ekinnova addresses the issue of empty commercial spaces, revitalizes retail activity, and creates an ecosystem where entrepreneurs, owners, and local councils all benefit.
