Berlín
Learning Journeys are learning experiences designed to step outside the office and enter real life. Trips in which we learn through immersion: living the city, connecting with its culture, and understanding its entrepreneurial ecosystem from the inside.
On March 12, Doka set out on its first Learning Journey in Berlin. For one month, the city became our workspace and our learning environment. Berlin confronted us with its history, its diversity, and its direct way of understanding the world. A city where memory and cutting-edge innovation coexist, and where innovation is not forced, but built through context, discipline, and coherence.
This journey was not based on traditional classes. We learned by doing: developing real projects, attending events, visiting companies, and building relationships in an environment completely new to us. Learning was constant, but not only on a professional level. Berlin challenged us to live together, communicate better, manage uncertainty, and sustain ourselves as a team far from our comfort zone.
If there is one thing that defines what we took away from this first Learning Journey, it is team building. Berlin was a turning point in our personal relationships: we learned to support each other, to listen, and to move forward even when things didn’t go as expected. We understood that collective performance starts with trust, and that without it, no project can be sustained.
We return from Berlin more united, with more conscious dynamics and a much stronger human foundation. It was a journey to understand who we are when we share real challenges.


Nueva York
On January 25, Doka begins its next Learning Journey in New York. This journey does not start from scratch; it builds on everything we experienced in Berlin.
If Berlin was the journey where we became a team, New York is the journey where we want to consolidate ourselves as professionals. We arrive with more judgment, more focus, and a different way of approaching collective work. We know what it means to live together, organize ourselves, and learn outside our usual environment; now the challenge is to raise our level of rigor and coherence as a company.
New York represents a faster, more competitive, and more exposed environment. A context that forces us to be intentional, to take care of how we work together, and to assume greater responsibility for what we build. We want to return as the same supportive team, but with a more mature, more structured, and more professional mindset.
This journey is not only about learning from the city, but about proving that we have evolved. That we are capable of sustaining healthy personal relationships while making a clear leap in how we work, communicate, and position ourselves as Doka.
New York is not just the next destination.
It is the next level.
